HEAT SHRINKABLE TERMINALS
Heat shrinkable terminals have quickly become the most requested connector among marine
professionals. The ease and speed by which these connectors create a fully environmentally sealed
connection is unmatched. Heat shrink terminals are constructed from high-grade, fully annealed,
tinned plated copper with a brazed barrel seam. The insulation is a tough, quick-to-shrink polyolefin.
FEATURES:
Protects terminations from water, condensation, salt spray and corrosion Provides strain relief Shrink Ratio: Approx. 3 to 1 at 135˚C
Added vibration protection in rugged environments Cost effective Operating Temperature: -55˚C to 125˚C
Available in gauge sizes 22 through 8 Dielectric Strength: 900V/mil Volume Resistivity: 1015 ohm-cm3
