5.7.2 SouthBridge Configuration

The SouthBridge Configuration menu (5BIOS Menu 19) the southbridge chipset to be

configured.

BIOS Menu 19: SouthBridge Chipset Configuration

• Audio Controller [AC’97 Audio Only]

The Audio Controller option enables or disables the audio controller.



Auto DEFAULT

The onboard audio codec automatically detected

and enabled



Azalia

The High Definition Audio controller is enabled



AC’97 Audio Only

The on-board AC’97 audio controller is enabled.



All Disabled

The on-board audio controller is disabled.
