Storing destinations in Group Keys
Group Keys allow you to dial a group of fax numbers by simply pressing the
appropriate Group Key once. To store a group of numbers in a Group Key,
follow the steps below.
Any Rapid Key that is not already programmed as a Rapid Key or a
Program Key can be used as a Group Key.
To store a number in a Group Key, the number must already be stored in a
Rapid Key or Speed Dial number.
Up to 158 numbers can be stored in one Group Key on the FO-DC500, or
258 numbers on the FO-DC600.
If the network scanner option is installed, a group of e-mail addresses
(previously programmed in Rapid Keys and/or Speed Dial numbers) can be
stored in a Group Key. (Note that e-mail addresses and fax numbers cannot
be mixed together in a Group Key.)

Press the appropriate Group Key. If the
key contains fax destinations,
transmission will begin.
If the key contains e-mail addresses,
you can set e-mail options as
explained in Step 8 of the Broadcasting
procedure. Press
