Activating Print Hold
Follow the steps below to activate Print Hold.
♦ Print Hold cannot be activated unless a Print Hold code has been set.
1 Press , then press until [ACTIVATE PRINT HOLD] appears.
2 Press .
3 Press to select “YES”.

Printing received faxes
When the memory is holding one or more received faxes, [PRT. HOLD DATA
EXIST] will appear in the display. Follow the steps below to print the faxes.
1 Press .
Display: [HOLD DATA PRINT]
2 Press .
3 Enter the Print Hold code.
3 Press .
• Printing will begin.
