Deleting All Images

Available in w mode

You can delete all stored images on a card

following the steps below.

1 Set the Mode Dial to “w”, then power

on the camera.

2 Press the MENU button until the menu

screen appears.

3 Press l or m to select “w”, then press

the SET button.

4 Press l or m to select “DELETE ALL”,

then press the SET button.

5 Press l or m to select “YES”, then

press the SET button.

Notes:

• Protected images are not deleted in this

procedure. To delete a protected image, first

cancel its protection setting. (see page 33).

• DELETE ALL also erases the DPOF (print order

information for all images including protected

ones (see page 36).

• It may take several seconds to delete all images

from the card.

• Do not turn the power off during the deletion

process.
