 Sending les to an application

You can open the selected file in an application.

1. From the le operation screen, tap [Open menu] and then tap [Send to Other

Application].

If the file can be opened in multiple applications, a message saying prompting you to

select an application may appear.

Select an application.

TIPS

• The applications displayed will differ depending on the applications installed on the client.

 Editing le names

You can edit the name of the selected file.

1. From the le operation screen, tap [Open menu] and then [Change lename].

2. Edit the name of the le in the le name entry eld.

3. Tap [Yes].

 Deleting les

You can delete the selected files.

1. From the le operation screen, tap [Open menu] and then [Delete].

2. Tap [Yes].

Windows device

1. On the main screen on the client, tap [File] - [Open Receive Folder].

The folder that stores received files opens.
