•Wash rice thoroughly until water
runs clear.
Place into a Pyrex®
bowl and
cover with hot soup stock (for
rice) or with hot tap water (for rice
or pasta).
Cook uncovered.
The oven will "beep" and stop.
CHECK will flash on and off.
Stir and press start to continue
cooking.
After cooking, stand and stir.

Before cooking, separate
vegetables eg. broccoli as much
as possible.
Arrange the vegetables in a
shallow dish in the following way :
hard vegetables around the
outside, soft vegetables in the
centre, medium vegetables in-
between.
Cover with a glass lid or plastic
wrap.
After cooking, stir then stand
covered.
